How does group booking work?

Tell us about your group, destination ideas, and budget. We handle research, quotes, and booking — you just share the link with your group.

What size groups do you work with?

We specialize in groups of 10 or more. Family reunions, corporate retreats, destination weddings, club trips — the bigger the group, the more we can save you.

Is there a fee for your services?

Planning is free on standard trips — suppliers pay us a commission after you travel, so you pay the supplier's price. Complex custom itineraries carry a planning fee we quote before any work begins, and it's credited back when you book.

What destinations do you cover?

Worldwide — cruises, all-inclusive resorts, European tours, adventure trips, and more. If your group can dream it, we can plan it.

Can each person in my group book separately?

Yes! We set up individual booking links so each traveler can pay on their own schedule while staying part of the group reservation.

What happens if someone needs to cancel?

We help navigate cancellation policies and travel insurance options upfront so your group is protected. We're here to help if plans change.
